Come to our workouts where we use kettlebells, sandbags, Rage Ball, slides, jump ropes, bands and more. At our fitness studio you’ll find a community of friendly faces that support and motivate you.

But if you can’t make it to a session in the Nyack Boot Camp gym you can still get your workout in using one of our recorded programs at a time that works for you.

Nyack Boot Camp gives you the flexibility to exercise live, in-studio with a great group of people; at home, or even when you are far away

Nyack Boot Camp Your Way

With Nyack Boot Camp you can keep your health and fitness on track at our gym or from your home. At our in person workouts you can be a part of our supportive community getting fit with our famous fun, varied and effective workouts while knowing you are safe. We are a fully vaccinated gym. In addition, we are limiting our class sizes to enable everyone to have plenty of distance. But if it is better for you to be at home, we have recorded workouts that are sent out every week too.
