Boot Camp


We may have gone to virtual training due to the current coronavirus crisis, but we are still offering the same great product. Every day Monday – Friday we are offering two live stream workouts, one at 8am and one at 6pm. On Saturday we have one live stream at 8am. Everyday there is one kettlebell workout and one body weight workout, on Saturday we use both. In addition, all clients receive recorded versions of these workouts to do on their schedule. The recorded workouts are sent out within an hour of the live stream. We are also offering links to YouTube workout videos to use as well. And when we get back in the gym, your membership takes you back there. Also, clients needing extra help will receive special private sessions via Zoom to help improve form. And if you have teens or college students at home, they can enjoy the virtual workouts free of charge!
