Worried about your teen spending too much time on the X-Box or texting and not getting enough exercise? We hear you. That’s why we are offering a new teen program. In this program teens 14-18 years of age choose any two classes per week from our boot camp class schedule and pay just $99/month. In just two one hour classes a week you can get your teen fitter than they have ever been. Our classes are perfect for all levels. If your teen doesn’t have a sport and needs exercise, we will give them the joy of exercise and the confidence that comes with being strong. If you teen is active in sports, have them in peak conditioning for their favorite sport. All teens are required to first attend one of our Basic Training Introductory Workouts before joining. Our program is physician designed and taught by certified fitness professionals. We emphasize proper form and safety while giving your teen varied, fun and effective workouts that improve both their strength and cardio conditioning. Open to all 14-18 year olds. Teens are welcome to join any regularly scheduled class. Here is a list of all our available classes:
MWF: 7am, 8am, 9:15am, 6pm
TTh: 5:30am, 9am, 4:30pm, 6:30pm
