Worried about your teen spending too much time on the X-Box or texting this summer? We hear you. That’s why we are offering a six week Teen Summer Boot Camp. In just three one hour classes a week you can get your teen fitter than they have ever been. Our classes are perfect for all levels. If your teen doesn’t have a sport and needs exercise, we will give them the joy of exercise and the confidence that comes with being strong. If you teen is active in sports, don’t let them experience the summer slide. Have them in peak conditioning for their fall sport.

Our program is physician designed and taught by certified fitness professionals. We emphasize proper form and safety while giving your teen varied, fun and effective workouts that improve both their strength and cardio conditioning. Open to all 14-18 year olds. Classes meet Monday, Wednesday & Friday 4:30-5:30pm.
